"Saute Kangkung"

Kangkung is leafy vegetables, growing in water.

Ingredient :
1 bundle kangkung
100 gr shrimp
50 ml water

Condiment :
2 garlics
4 red onions
1 big red chili
Sugar, salt sufficiently


How to cook :

  • Clean “kangkung”, away with old bar, every bar divide 2 or 3 pieces. Do it until all bar finish.
  • Take shrimp meat, away with the skin.
  • Slice garlics, red onions, big red chili.
    Saute garlics, red onions, big red chili till smell, put in water and kangkung. Add salt, sugar sufficiently. Stir and wait 10 minutes (until kangkung mature), take shrimp and stir ½ minutes.Ready to be served
