"Saute Papaya Flower with Tuna Fish"

This is special food from Manado, Indonesia

Ingredient :
200 gr papaya flower
200 gr tuna fish
2 glass water
250 ltr oil

Condiment :
6 red onions
3 garlics
6 green big chilis
3 lemon leaves
2 citronella bars, punched
Salt, sugar sufficently

How to cook :

  1. Boil water, put in papaya flower wait until mature (10 minutes), raise, leak it.
    Fries tuna fish, shred it.
  2. Slice red onions, garlics, green big chili.
  3. Saute red onions, garlics, green big chili until smell. Take papaya flower, tuna fish, lemon leaves, citronella. Add salt and sugar sufficiently. Stir till smooth and smell tasty.
    Ready to be served.
